Men's Groups
We offer several meetings each week for men seeking recovery from sexual addiction/unwanted sexual behavior, both in-person (in Birmingham and Cullman, AL and in Nashville, TN) and online.
In-Person Meetings:
- Monday evenings, 6:30 pm CST (Cullman, AL)
- Tuesday evenings, 6:30 pm CST (Birmingham/N. Shelby Co., AL)

Virtual (Zoom) meetings:
- Monday mornings 6:30 am CST

Partner Support Groups
We offer several meetings each week for women who are the spouses/partners of sexually addicted males. These meetings are available either in-person (in Birmingham and Cullman, AL) or online.
In-Person Meetings:

Women's Groups
We offer a weekly meeting for women who struggle with unwanted or addictive sexual behavior. This is not just a men’s issue and women who struggle often experience overwhelming shame and need support and encouragement for recovery.
